- 7Provide exceptional customer service to residents and stakeholders

- 9Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for service enhancement

- 11Mentor junior staff through coaching and knowledge sharing
Requirements11
- 16 months experience in conventional apartment or student housing leasing preferred
- 2Outgoing personality and enthusiasm for marketing leasing and sales
- 3Active knowledge of social media platforms and digital engagement strategies
- 4Proficiency in converting phone interactions into scheduled appointments
- 5Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- 6Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- 7Passion for serving residents prospects vendors and colleagues
- 8Understanding of Fair Housing regulations and ethical practices
- 9Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation options
- 10Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends
