We seek a dynamic Leasing Consultant to lead residential leasing operations for our Chelsea Village community. This role drives tenant acquisition through proactive outreach and relationship management. The ideal candidate will own the leasing process while collaborating with the Property Management team. - 1Answer inquiries via phone and email to schedule appointments with prospective residents
- 2Conduct comprehensive tours showcasing apartment features and community amenities
- 3Demonstrate value propositions and explain lease terms to potential tenants
- 4Process applications and coordinate move-in logistics for approved candidates
- 5Follow up with prospects to advance sales and secure commitments
- 6Verify applicant eligibility according to regulatory standards and company protocols
- 7Prepare documentation and facilitate smooth move-in transitions
- 8Support advertising initiatives to enhance property visibility
- 9Analyze market trends through surveys to refine competitive positioning
- 10Submit performance reports to management on a timely basis
- 11Ensure full compliance with HUD guidelines and fair housing practices
Requirements6
- 15+ years managing residential leasing operations
- 23-5 seasons of customer service experience
- 3Valid driver’s license in state of residence
- 4Fluent English communication skills
- 5Ability to pass HUD and fair housing regulations
- 6Strong written and verbal communication abilities
