What You'll Do5
- 1Drive leasing strategies to maximize occupancy through proactive marketing initiatives
- 2Conduct comprehensive tours of community spaces and vacant units providing accurate information about specifications and rates
- 3Process resident communications via Yardi ensuring timely resolution of service requests
- 4Greet clients prospects and residents with warmth while adhering to legal requirements
- 5Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance tenant satisfaction and operational efficiency
Requirements5
- 11-2 years of sales and customer service experience
- 2Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word Excel and Outlook
- 3Ability to obtain U.S. work authorization
- 4Demonstrated experience with residential leasing processes
- 5Excellent communication skills with attention to detail
