What You'll Do10

- 2Manage the full leasing cycle, from inquiry to lease signing and renewals, using Onesite or similar software.
- 3Prepare and process leasing documents, applications, and renewals with accuracy and speed.
- 4Track vacancies, applications, and leasing activity in real-time to optimize occupancy.
- 5Respond to phone, email, and walk-in inquiries within one business hour.
- 6Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, ensuring smooth transitions for residents.
- 7Collaborate with the property management team to resolve resident concerns and boost retention.
- 8Support marketing efforts by creating and distributing promotional materials, and representing the brand at community events.
- 9Travel between properties across the DFW area as needed to cover tours and leasing events.
- 10Perform general administrative duties to keep the office organized and efficient.
Requirements8
- 11-2 years of leasing or property management experience, preferably in multifamily housing.
- 2Fluent in Spanish and English, with ability to conduct tours and negotiate in both languages.
- 3Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic data entry skills.
- 4Knowledge of LIHTC regulations and affordable housing compliance.
- 5Familiarity with property management software such as Onesite or Apartments.com.
- 6Strong customer service and sales skills, with a track record of closing leases.
- 7Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license to travel between properties.
- 8Professional, positive, and self-motivated attitude with a marketing mindset.
