The Leasing Agent owns active rental listings from activation to tenant placement at RENOSY by Renters Warehouse. This role manages listing performance, coordinates with Listing Coordinators and Inspectors, and secures qualified tenants. Using platforms like RentFeeder and MLS, you will adjust marketing strategies to boost leasing velocity. You will report to the centralized leasing team and provide weekly updates to property owners. This position requires an Active Real Estate License and offers a base salary of $45,000–$55,000 with bonus potential.
What You'll Do10

- 2Review listing accuracy across RentFeeder, MLS, and syndication sites to ensure visibility.
- 3Adjust showing strategies and marketing details to improve leasing velocity.
- 4Conduct periodic property checks for vacant listings to ensure condition and security.
- 5Manage tenant inquiries from marketing channels and self-showing platforms.
- 6Review applicant activity and monitor screening progress through screening systems.
- 7Present qualified applicants to property owners for final approval.
- 8Coordinate lease term negotiations and finalize terms with property owners.
- 9Ensure all required leasing information is entered into company systems before lease execution.
- 10Provide weekly listing updates to property owners, including showing activity and recommendations.
Requirements7
- 13+ years of experience in property management or a related field.
- 2Active Real Estate License for the state in which work is performed.
- 3Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and cloud-based software.
- 4Ability to manage multiple priorities and provide exceptional customer service.
- 5Must have a driver's license, clean driving record, and dependable transportation.
- 6High School Diploma or GED.
- 7Demonstrate honesty, trustworthiness, and accountability.
