Assistant Community Manager Leasing Agent Part Time
Overview
Lead leasing operations and support community management for a property management firm in Dallas. Manage tenant interactions oversee maintenance coordination and handle lease documentation. Provide excellent customer service in a modern office environment.
What You'll Do9
- 1Conduct property tours and show available units to prospective tenants
- 2Screen and process rental applications including background and credit checks
- 3Prepare lease agreements ensuring regulatory compliance
- 4Coordinate move-ins and move-outs including inspections and damage documentation
- 5Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- 6Oversee property maintenance scheduling and contractor coordination
- 7Maintain accurate rental payment and expense records
- 8Advertise properties through marketing channels to attract tenants
- 9Provide three-day notices and execute evictions as needed
Requirements7
- 1Previous property management experience preferred
- 2Strong customer relationship management skills
- 3Knowledge of property maintenance practices
- 4Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry
- 5Familiarity with ResMan software
- 6Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- 7Bilingual Spanish proficiency a plus
