What You'll Do6
- 1Serve as the first point of contact for prospects and residents showcasing community features and closing leases
- 2Deliver exceptional service and maintain resident retention
- 3Manage lease files and system updates using Yardi software
- 4Ensure compliance with policies and regulations
- 5Update social media and execute marketing tasks
- 6Monitor local market conditions and analyze competitor offerings
Requirements6
- 1High school diploma or equivalent
- 2Valid driver’s license
- 3Minimum one year experience in customer service sales or retail
- 4Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook Word and Excel
- 5Experience using Yardi or similar property management software
- 6Proven ability to meet performance goals in fast-paced environments
