What You'll Do10

  • 1Build relationships with prospective residents through tours and outreach to generate qualified leads

  • 3Lead lease signing and move-in coordination ensuring accurate documentation and smooth transitions
  • 4Drive renewal campaigns and address resident concerns to improve retention and satisfaction
  • 5Manage online listings and social media to maximize visibility and reduce vacancy
  • 6Support administration including reporting, lease renewals, and regulatory compliance
  • 7Collaborate with the Community Manager to maintain accurate resident files and records
  • 8Process applications, screenings, and lease documentation with attention to detail
  • 9Coordinate communications with residents and teams to ensure service excellence
  • 10Track performance metrics to meet leasing goals and contribute to community growth

Requirements10

  • 11-2 years of customer service experience in a sales, leasing, or property management role
  • 2Comfort with fast paced environment and handling multiple responsibilities including tours and paperwork
  • 3Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with property management software such as Yardi or MRI
  • 4Friendly, energetic, and approachable demeanor suitable for prospective and current residents
  • 5Willingness to work weekends to meet resident needs and conduct tours
  • 6Physical ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds
  • 7Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment and support a Community Manager
  • 8Strong communication, organization, and problem solving skills
  • 9High energy, goal oriented approach to meet leasing targets
  • 10Background check, employment verification, and drug screening as part of hiring process
