What You'll Do9
- 1Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals by greeting prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, and preparing lease packages.
- 2Inspect apartments before move-in and address maintenance issues promptly.
- 3Stay informed about market conditions and develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
- 4Design and execute marketing activities using internet tools like Craigslist and social media to drive traffic.
- 5Use property management software to track availability and manage resident data.
- 6Ensure show quality and prepare leasing office for daily activities.
- 7Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction through emails and calls.
- 8Execute lease renewal letters and coordinate with residents before move-out dates.
- 9Respond quickly to resident concerns and document requests appropriately.
Requirements5
- 11-2 years leasing experience in a lease-up environment and proficiency with Yardi and Funnel.
- 2Valid driver’s license for golf cart operation.
- 3Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance.
- 4Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
- 55+ years experience with ETL pipelines using Spark and Airflow.
