The Leasing Professional at Motif will own community leasing and renewal strategies to drive occupancy revenue and resident retention. What You'll Do11
- 1Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals through prospecting, tours, application processing, and lease signing
- 2Inspect apartments before move-in and coordinate repairs with maintenance to ensure move-in readiness
- 3Monitor market trends and develop marketing plans to improve occupancy while adhering to company policies
- 4Design and execute digital marketing campaigns using platforms like Craigslist and social media to attract residents
- 5Utilize OneSite and Yardi software to track availability, manage resident data, and maintain visual appeal of show units
- 6Follow up with prospects and residents via email and phone to ensure satisfaction and close leases or renewals
- 7Prepare lease renewal letters and meet with renewing residents to finalize documents promptly
- 8Respond to resident and owner concerns swiftly while documenting all interactions
- 9Travel locally and nationally as needed for property oversight and stakeholder coordination
- 10Maintain physical demands including standing, lifting, and working in varied weather conditions
- 11Adhere to flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends for call duties
Requirements9
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Valid driver’s license for golf cart operation
- 3Physical stamina for standing walking sitting bending climbing and lifting
- 4Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- 5Valid certifications as required by state and local jurisdictions
- 6Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 7Experience with property management software such as OneSite and Yardi
- 8Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- 9Commitment to customer service excellence and community standards
