What You'll Do9
- 1Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals by greeting prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, and preparing lease packages.
- 2Inspect apartments before move-in and address maintenance issues promptly.
- 3Monitor market trends and develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
- 4Design and execute digital marketing campaigns using platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
- 5Utilize property management software to track availability and resident data.
- 6Ensure showroom quality by maintaining appealing units and preparing spaces for leasing activities.
- 7Follow up with prospects and residents to confirm satisfaction post-lease signing.
- 8Prepare lease renewal letters and coordinate meetings with renewing residents.
- 9Respond to resident concerns swiftly and document requests appropriately.

- 1Valid driver’s license for golf cart operation on property.
- 2Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance.
- 3Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays via call schedule.
- 4Physical stamina to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- 5Experience with property management systems such as OneSite or Yardi.
- 6Strong communication skills for resident interactions and stakeholder coordination.
