What You'll Do10
- 1Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve community revenue and occupancy goals by greeting prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, and preparing lease packages
- 2Inspect apartments before move-in and address maintenance issues while maintaining move-in readiness
- 3Analyze market conditions and develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy and boost sales
- 4Design and execute marketing campaigns using digital tools to attract residents
- 5Utilize property management software to track availability and manage resident data
- 6Ensure show quality and prepare leasing office for daily operations
- 7Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction through multiple channels
- 8Prepare lease renewal letters and coordinate with renewing residents
- 9Respond promptly to resident concerns and document requests
- 10Execute tasks in support of community lease renewal program
Requirements5
- 15+ years leasing experience
- 2Sales or customer service background
- 3Housing discount eligibility
- 4Valid driver’s license for golf cart operation
- 5Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
