You will own leasing operations for residential properties across Pasadena, Glendale, and Burbank, supporting Property Managers with resident relations and administrative workflows. What You'll Do6
- 1Schedule property tours and manage the leasing calendar to maximize occupancy.
- 2Process rental applications using Yardi or Appfolio, including background and credit checks.
- 3Prepare leases, renewals, and notices with attention to compliance and accuracy.
- 4Answer phone calls, emails, and resident inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- 5Support Property Managers with daily administrative tasks, including filing and data entry.
- 6Maintain resident files and update property management software with current information.
Requirements6
- 11+ years of property management or leasing experience.
- 21+ years of customer service or administrative experience.
- 3Strong communication and organizational skills.
- 4Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- 5Experience with Yardi or Appfolio is a plus.
- 6Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
