- 3Monitor market trends and competitor benchmarks to develop data-driven marketing strategies that boost occupancy and sales
- 4Design and implement digital marketing campaigns using platforms like Craigslist and social media to attract new residents
- 5Utilize property management software to track availability, manage resident data, and ensure showroom quality standards
- 6Lead renewal efforts by preparing personalized lease packages and maintaining proactive communication with departing residents
- 7Address resident concerns promptly and document requests for resolution
- 8Maintain accurate records of leasing activities and support administrative tasks for the leasing office
- 9Participate in community events and outreach programs to strengthen brand presence
- 10Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align initiatives with organizational goals
- 11Ensure compliance with company policies regarding concessions, specials, and resident programs
Requirements10
- 13-5 years of leasing experience focusing on luxury or Class A+ properties and new development leasing
- 2Proven ability to exceed sales and occupancy targets through proactive strategies
- 3Expertise in leveraging digital marketing tools and on-site property management systems
- 4Strong interpersonal skills for resident engagement and conflict resolution
- 5Valid driver’s license for golf cart operation on property
- 6Physical stamina to stand, walk, and perform manual tasks in varied weather conditions
- 7Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays through call arrangements
- 8Bachelor’s degree in real estate, hospitality, or related field preferred
- 9Experience with tenant screening processes including credit and background checks
- 10Knowledge of state and local licensing requirements for property management roles
