What You'll Do10
- 1Build memorable leasing experiences through personalized tours and coordinated move-in processes with prospective residents
- 2Design and host community events to foster a sense of belonging and showcase property features Yardi system data
- 3Manage resident inquiries, requests, and concerns with proactive follow-up to support retention and renewal goals Fair Housing awareness
- 4Drive sales velocity by presenting renewal options, following up on leads, and maintaining a robust prospect pipeline CRM
- 5Own administrative tasks including lease paperwork, move-in/out administration, and accurate data entry into resident files and the accounting system Yardi
- 6Collaborate with Community Manager and Service Team to ensure model and target apartments meet company standards hospitality
- 7Maintain knowledge of community features and benefits and demonstrate them during tours and in conversations with prospects
- 8Support with application processes, lease approvals, and move-in coordination to deliver a smooth resident experience verification
- 9Follow up on prospects with timely communications, emphasizing location, floorplans, and neighborhood amenities sales
- 10Uphold company values and policies while demonstrating service excellence and teamwork in a fast-paced environment multitask
Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or equivalent experience
- 21-3 years of practical experience in sales or customer relations Sales
- 3Ability to multitask and manage competing requests in a fast-paced environment team-oriented
- 4Knowledge of Fair Housing preferred compliance
- 5Experience with Mystery Shopping programs customer insights
- 6Strong computer skills and experience with property management tools like Yardi CRM
- 7Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for resident interactions service
- 8Willingness to submit to a background investigation eligibility
- 9Physical ability to frequently move, lift up to 25 lbs, and be on-site in a leasing office environment physical
- 10Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States legal
