Overview

Yardi or RealPage experience preferred. The Leasing Professional will own the leasing cycle from inquiry to lease execution at floating Austin area communities. You will drive resident retention, community engagement, and accurate data management for marketing and leasing activity. You will partner with the Community Manager to deliver outstanding service and a sense of exclusivity to residents. This role stands out by supporting multiple properties and tailoring experiences for diverse resident needs.

What You'll Do10

  • 1Build rapport with prospects and guide tours to close leases
  • 2Own the leasing process from inquiry through move-in and ensure a smooth resident onboarding
  • 3Respond to inquiries, present communities, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of pricing, floor plans, and availability
  • 4Maintain accurate resident records using Yardi or RealPage and track leases
  • 5Plan and execute resident retention programs and community events to improve satisfaction
  • 6Collaborate with the Community Manager on marketing efforts including social media and online reputation
  • 7Move-ins and move-outs coordination to ensure positive resident experiences
  • 8Monitor compliance with applicable laws and regulations and maintain thorough documentation
  • 9Demonstrate strong customer service and communication skills in a fast-paced, multi-property setting
  • 10Provide exceptional presentation and concierge-style service tailored to luxury apartment communities

Requirements10

  • 1High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3Minimum of two years of leasing or sales experience in multifamily housing
  • 4Proficiency with Yardi or RealPage or similar property management software
  • 5Valid driver's license with clean record in the past 12 months
  • 6Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with residents, prospects, and team members
  • 7Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • 8Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • 9Proactive problem-solving approach to resident concerns
  • 10Knowledge of Fair Housing and local landlord-tenant laws
