We seek a Leasing Consultant who genuinely likes people and enjoys winning. The role involves greeting walk-ins answering calls and internet leads scheduling appointments touring models and amenities matching prospects to floor plans following up leads via phone text and email processing applications preparing lease documents maintaining guest cards and tracking conversion data hitting weekly leasing goals marketing conducting competitor surveys contributing content for social media supporting outreach planning resident events and keeping models ready.
What You'll Do12
- 1Greet walk-ins answer calls and internet leads and schedule appointments
- 2Tour models available units and amenities matching prospects to the right floor plan
- 3Follow up on every lead until it closes or dies via phone text and email
- 4Process applications income and credit screening verification and approvals
- 5Prepare and execute lease documents addenda and renewal agreements
- 6Maintain accurate guest cards traffic logs and conversion data in the property management system
- 7Hit individual weekly leasing closing ratio and follow-up goals
- 8Conduct competitor market surveys reporting on pricing specials and concessions
- 9Contribute photos video and content for social media and listing sites
- 10Support outreach to local employers referral partners and neighborhood businesses
- 11Help plan and staff resident events and leasing promotions
- 12Keep models the tour path and the leasing office show-ready every day
Requirements11
- 1High school diploma or equivalent
- 21+ year in sales leasing hospitality retail restaurants or another customer-facing role
- 3Comfortable asking for the sale and following up persistently without being pushy
- 4Strong written and verbal communication with professional phone and email presence
- 5Basic computer skills using email calendars and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- 6Availability to work Saturdays and occasional evenings during peak leasing season
- 7Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- 8Prior multifamily leasing experience
- 9Working knowledge of Yardi Entrata or RealPage
- 10Familiarity with Fair Housing requirements and the Arizona Residential Landlord and Tenant Act
- 11Bilingual English Spanish
