Resident Experience Manager, Property Management & Community Growth
Overview
Own resident life cycle and deliver exceptional service at scale across a GRE-M community portfolio. Partner with maintenance and marketing to improve move-in readiness, renewals, and reputation. Lead on-site operations in the Community Director’s absence and drive a cohesive, one-team culture. This role stands out by combining hands-on community management with a focus on NPS, online reputation, and resident engagement.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build and maintain move-in readiness with documentation and make-ready status, coordinating with Maintenance and Community Director
- 2Ship resident experiences by greeting applicants, showing homes, and driving the leasing marketing cycle to convert prospects
- 3Design and execute the lease renewal process with advance outreach and timely renewal document execution
- 4Own online reputation management and respond to escalated complaints to protect the community score
- 5Lead on-site operations in the Community Director's absence and coordinate daily tasks and maintenance requests
- 6Drive resident events and community-building activities aligned with GRE-M policies and annual plan
- 7Monitor and resolve lease violations and resident complaints with confidentiality and professionalism
- 8Coordinate FlexRent enrollment and promotion to showcase benefits for residents
- 9Assist with eviction processes for non-payment and distribution of notices with compliance and discretion
- 10Support Centralized Processing with legal notice distribution and maintain harmony across internal and external contacts
Requirements5
- 13 years' experience in property management
- 2Real Estate license or CAM preferred
- 3Proficiency with Yardi and Microsoft Office suite
- 4Strong communication and customer service skills
- 5Ability to work Mon-Fri 9:00am-6:00pm with flexibility for after-hours as needed
