Community Manager, Multifamily Property & Leasing
Overview
You will own the day-to-day operations of a multifamily property, managing a team and driving financial and operational goals. With 4-6 years of property management experience, you will oversee leasing, maintenance, and resident relations. You will work with Yardi, Entrata, or OneSite to track performance. This role offers a direct impact on revenue and resident satisfaction.
What You'll Do8
- 1Analyze financial statements and market data to set rent rates and achieve revenue targets.
- 2Approve vendor invoices, reconcile work, and manage the property budget.
- 3Oversee lease enforcement, including applications, renewals, and evictions.
- 4Conduct property inspections to ensure safety and curb appeal.
- 5Resolve resident complaints and service issues to boost retention.
- 6Supervise staff by hiring, training, and evaluating performance.
- 7Meet with owners to provide updates and conduct tours.
- 8Prepare monthly financial reports and maintain accurate records.
Requirements8
- 14-6 years in property management, sales, or customer service.
- 2Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
- 3Strong proficiency in Entrata, Yardi, or OneSite property management software.
- 4Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.
- 5Knowledge of Fair Housing and ADA regulations.
- 6Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
- 7Ability to lift up to 20 lbs independently and 50 lbs with assistance.
- 8Detail-oriented and self-motivated with leadership experience.
