What You'll Do9

  • 1Lead property operations to achieve budgeted financial and occupancy targets
  • 2Oversee leasing, screening, renewals, and enforcement processes to optimize rent collection and tenancy
  • 3Coordinate vendor management, invoices, and financial reconciliations ensuring accuracy
  • 4Monitor market trends and implement marketing and leasing strategies to drive occupancy
  • 5Supervise and develop property staff including hiring, onboarding, and performance management
  • 6Ensure maintenance and safety standards meet company expectations and property inspections.
  • 7Respond to resident inquiries and service requests to boost retention
  • 8Prepare and review monthly financial reports and communicate updates to owners
  • 9Manage compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA and other regulations

Requirements5

  • 1Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management Real Estate or related field
  • 24-6 years minimum property management experience in apartment communities
  • 3Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
  • 4Excellent communication conflict resolution and customer service skills
  • 5Detail oriented self motivated and able to work independently or as a team leader
