What You'll Do10

  • 1Lead, coach, and develop State Directors across multiple states to ensure operational accountability and regional leadership development
  • 2Drive operational consistency and escalation processes, serving as the primary point for regional issues
  • 3Foster collaboration and share best practices across markets to scale service delivery
  • 4Improve staffing, scheduling, patient access, and service delivery while monitoring KPIs and implementing action plans
  • 5Support new market launches and expansion initiatives with operational readiness and alignment across functions
  • 6Execute company-wide operational initiatives and process improvements to boost regional performance
  • 7Analyze operational data and KPIs to identify trends and inform business decisions
  • 8Partner with Talent Acquisition, Clinical Leadership, Staffing, Revenue Cycle, Credentialing, Finance, HR, and BI for operational alignment
  • 9Develop and mentor operational leaders, cultivating accountability and continuous improvement
  • 10Support succession planning and leadership development initiatives across the region

Requirements8

  • 15+ years of healthcare operations leadership experience
  • 2Background in ABA, Behavioral Health, Autism Services, Home Health, or multi-site healthcare
  • 3Experience overseeing multi-site or multi-state operations
  • 4Proven track record leading and developing operational teams
  • 5Strong operational strategy, KPI management, and process improvement experience
  • 6Experience supporting organizational growth and scaling of operations
  • 7Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • 8Ability to travel throughout the assigned region
