Director of Operations, ABA & Insurance Management
Overview
You will own all operational functions for ABA service delivery across New York state, including client intake, insurance authorizations, staff recruitment, and caseload management. You will lead a team, coordinate with clinical and billing teams, and ensure regulatory compliance and client satisfaction. This role requires strategic planning to grow the state and collaboration with management to enhance internal strategies. You will build and scale operational systems while maintaining a high standard of care.
What You'll Do9
- 1Own client onboarding from intake to first service, coordinating with clinical teams and internal departments.
- 2Track and manage all insurance authorizations and service approvals, monitoring client eligibility and plans.
- 3Drive scheduling efficiency by aligning client hours with therapist availability and managing utilization.
- 4Collaborate with billing and clinical teams on accurate submissions and follow-ups.
- 5Partner with Talent Acquisition to hire top talent and conduct interviews as needed.
- 6Resolve client concerns with professionalism and care.
- 7Post jobs on platforms and social media, and launch marketing initiatives to build brand awareness.
- 8Lead strategic planning to expand services and grow the state's client base.
- 9Collaborate with management to build and enhance internal strategies.
