State Director, ABA Healthcare Operations & Compliance
Overview
You will own regional operations and expansion for a healthcare staffing company serving New York and surrounding states. As the primary bridge between providers, clients, and clinical teams, you will drive flawless onboarding and case execution. You will report to corporate leadership and work closely with the onboarding and clinical teams to scale services. This entry-level corporate role offers direct mentorship and a path to senior leadership. You will travel 2 times per month to oversee regional markets and build provider networks.
What You'll Do7
- 1Call outbound to doctors and referral networks to build strong partnerships and grow provider pipelines.
- 2Manage the initial client intake pipeline, guiding new families through paperwork and onboarding step by step.
- 3Communicate daily with the onboarding team to streamline client transitions and reduce delays.
- 4Partner with clinical teams to ensure every case is fully assigned and staffed, tracking progress in real time.
- 5Develop long-term operational strategy to scale ABA services across your territory, identifying new market opportunities.
- 6Oversee strict compliance protocols, ensuring all documentation meets HIPAA and state regulations.
- 7Travel to various states 2 times per month to oversee regional markets and support on-site teams.
Requirements6
- 11-2 years of ABA experience or a bachelor's degree in a related field, with training available for the right candidate.
- 2Proven track record of hitting targets and driving operational growth, with a self-starter work ethic.
- 3Exceptional attention to detail, managing complex paperwork and compliance rules without error.
