Center Administrative Lead, ABA Clinic Operations
Overview
You will own the daily operations of an ABA therapy clinic, serving as the first point of contact for clients, staff, and visitors. You will manage front desk coverage, supply inventory, records, and intake paperwork while conducting daily walk-throughs and supporting emergency responses. You will partner closely with the Regional Office Supervisor and Clinical Leadership to ensure smooth clinic operations and proactive staff support. You will lead daily huddles and conduct three MBWA check-ins to build a positive, professional center culture. What You'll Do8
- 1Serve as the front-line leader, greeting clients, staff, and visitors with professionalism and support.
- 2Manage phones, mail, supply inventory, records, and intake paperwork while ensuring consistent front desk coverage.
- 3Conduct daily walk-throughs, oversee incident reporting, and support emergency responses and facility issues.
- 4Lead three daily MBWA check-ins and daily huddles to provide real-time staff support.
- 5Drive monthly themes, celebrations, and engagement activities to build culture and community.
- 6Coach and mentor admin staff, support audits, and collaborate with regional leadership on meetings and initiatives.
- 7Coordinate with clinical leadership to ensure smooth clinic operations and proactive support for staff and families.
- 8Model professionalism and positivity, setting the tone for the center's culture.
Requirements8
- 11+ year of administrative, customer service, or operations experience; supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- 2Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a busy center environment.
- 3Excellent verbal and written communication; confident, professional presence.
- 4Experience with HIPAA and client privacy policies highly valued.
- 5Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
- 6Reliable transportation and flexibility to support in-person center operations.
- 7Proficiency with basic office software, including email and scheduling tools.
- 8Ability to work onsite in Los Angeles, California.
