Overview
Lead the launch and daily operations of a brand-new ABA clinic in Tempe, AZ, as the ABA Clinic Director. Oversee clinical quality, mentor BCBAs and RBTs, and drive evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. Reporting to executive leadership, you'll shape the clinic culture from the ground up, with strong administrative support. This role offers a Monday-Friday schedule, a $100k-$120k salary, and a clear path for executive growth.
What You'll Do10
- 1Directly manage and mentor BCBAs and Care Coordinators, ensuring clinical excellence and role alignment.
- 2Oversee Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in collaboration with the Operations Manager.
- 3Serve as the official RBT Requirements Coordinator, ensuring all certification standards are met.
- 4Ensure client ABA treatment plans are implemented with high fidelity through regular observations, data reviews, and performance checks.
- 5Drive hiring, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations for clinic staff in partnership with leadership.
- 6Collaborate with executive leadership on clinic goals, policies, and operational procedures aligned with organizational objectives.
- 7Partner with the Operations Manager to align client schedules and monitor hour utilization to meet company goals.
- 8Track and optimize KPIs including client progress, hour utilization, staff productivity, and retention rates.
- 9Resolve escalated family, caregiver, or staff concerns professionally and timely.
- 10Ensure full compliance with HIPAA, BACB ethical guidelines, insurance regulations, and state licensure laws.
Requirements8
- 1Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the BACB.
- 2Current Arizona Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license or immediate eligibility to obtain.
- 35+ years clinical ABA experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory or clinical leadership role.
- 4Demonstrated experience with ABA-specific technology platforms and willingness to serve as a superuser/trainer.
- 5Deep understanding of ABA principles, ethical guidelines, state licensure laws, and multidisciplinary healthcare management.
- 6Exceptional leadership, change management, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- 7Ability to work 40+ hours per week on-site in a fast-paced clinic environment.
- 8Ability to stand or sit for extended periods, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and lift up to 15 lbs.
