Overview
As Clinic Director BCBA at Golden Steps ABA, you will own clinical quality, growth, and day-to-day operations across our Phoenix center. You will lead a team of BCBAs and RBTs, ensuring high standards of care for children with Autism. Your role blends clinical expertise with operational leadership, reporting directly to senior leadership. You will shape training programs, drive service excellence, and contribute to our mission of inclusive, impactful care. This role stands out with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a dedicated student loan support program up to $24,000.
What You'll Do10
- 1Drive execution of key service, quality, and growth initiatives from day one.
- 2Perform comprehensive initial assessments for new clients using ABA methodologies.
- 3Manage daily operations, including staff and client scheduling, to maintain service efficiency.
- 4Create and maintain training and onboarding programs for new hires.
- 5Provide ongoing direct and indirect training to RBTs and BCBAs on ABA techniques and programming.
- 6Implement program curricula and prepare annual reports on program effectiveness.
- 7Deliver direct services to clients and parents when appropriate.
- 8Conduct consistent communication with all treatment team members regarding programming and ethical service provision.
- 9Complete annual performance evaluations for BCBAs, BCaBAs, and ABA Supervisors.
- 10Coordinate with administrative teams on admissions, payroll, billing, and records management.
Requirements9
- 1Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
- 23+ years experience in clinical leadership or supervision within ABA settings.
- 3Proven track record of conducting initial assessments and developing treatment plans.
- 4Experience managing staff schedules and daily operations in a clinical environment.
- 5Strong ability to train and mentor RBTs and BCBAs.
- 6Experience with performance evaluations and quality assurance in ABA services.
- 7Excellent communication skills for coordination with families, team members, and administrative departments.
- 8Knowledge of Medicaid and payer requirements for ABA services is a plus.
- 9Bachelor's or Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
