Overview
You will own clinical outcomes for a caseload of up to 8 children, delivering evidence-based ABA therapy in a play-focused environment. You will mentor RBTs, collaborate with families, and develop treatment plans that are both clinically sound and engaging. Action Behavior Centers provides small caseloads, up to 3 work from home days per month, and a Monday-Friday daytime schedule. With up to $10,000 sign-on bonus, monthly performance bonuses, and uncapped earning potential, you will grow through a clear leadership path from BCBA to Regional Clinical Director.
What You'll Do8
- 1Develop individualized treatment plans based on functional behavior assessments and ABA principles.
- 2Supervise and mentor RBTs to ensure consistent, high-quality care across sessions.
- 3Collaborate with families to set socially significant goals, track progress, and celebrate skill acquisition.
- 4Deliver play-based, naturalistic interventions that promote generalization and maintenance.
- 5Conduct behavioral assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, FA) and analyze data to adjust programming.
- 6Lead team meetings and train staff on evidence-based strategies for challenging behavior.
- 7Partner with the Compassionate Care Team to implement trauma-informed and ethical practices.
- 8Document patient progress electronically and maintain compliance with funding sources.
Requirements8
- 1BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board is required.
- 2Master's degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, education, or related field.
- 31+ years of experience supervising RBTs and managing a caseload in home, clinic, or school settings.
- 4Proficiency with ABA assessment tools and data collection software.
- 5Strong communication and interpersonal skills for family collaboration and team leadership.
- 6Ability to travel to client homes, schools, or clinic locations as needed.
- 7Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- 8Passion for compassionate, evidence-based care and commitment to ethical practice.
