Overview
You will lead individualized treatment plans for children with autism across the Greater Los Angeles area. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at a clinician-led ABA organization, you will conduct FBAs, supervise RBTs, and guide parents. Your caseload is realistic, with strong administrative support to prevent burnout. This role offers a start date in August 2026, with flexible full-time or part-time schedules.
What You'll Do7
- 1Conduct FBAs and Vineland, ABLLS-R, AFLS, or VB-MAPP assessments to draft individualized treatment plans (ITPs).
- 2Supervise and mentor RBTs and Behavior Technicians in implementing ABA programs, providing feedback and training.
- 3Facilitate monthly parent training sessions and collaborate with families to generalize skills across settings.
- 4Monitor client progress with electronic data collection systems like CentralReach or Catalyst, adjusting plans as needed.
- 5Maintain compliant clinical documentation, including progress notes and re-authorizations, per BACB ethical guidelines.
- 6Coordinate with speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, and school teams to align care.
- 7Support bilingual families in English, Spanish, or Korean, enhancing communication and treatment outcomes.
Requirements5
- 1BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB, or exam taken before August 2026.
- 2Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
- 31+ years conducting FBAs, writing treatment plans, and supervising RBTs (preferred).
- 4Valid California Driver's License and reliable transportation for home/community visits.
- 5Pass a background check (LiveScan) and health screenings (TB test, immunization verification).
