Hybrid BCBA Program Supervisor, ABA Therapy
Overview
You'll own clinical supervision for a caseload of 110 billable hours, blending remote oversight with in-home visits across Los Angeles. Backed by a dedicated scheduling team and owned by BCBAs, you'll lead RBTs who train hands-on in real sessions. What You'll Do9
- 1Design and supervise individualized ABA programs for children with autism, using VB-MAPP and ABLLS-R assessments to guide goals and data collection.
- 2Lead remote and in-person supervision sessions, providing real-time feedback to RBTs on DTT, NET, and behavior reduction protocols.
- 3Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and author behavior intervention plans (BIP) with measurable, data-driven objectives.
- 4Train and mentor RBTs during paid in-home training, ensuring they master mand training, errorless teaching, and token economies.
- 5Monitor client progress via Catalyst or similar data systems, adjusting protocols quarterly and reporting outcomes to families.
- 6Collaborate with school teams and funders to align ABA goals with IEP objectives, ensuring authorization renewal and compliance.
- 7Drive team meetings monthly, presenting case reviews and leading open-floor collaboration on challenging cases.
- 8Own the BACB supervision requirements for RBTs, tracking 3 hours of supervision CEUs and monthly contacts.
- 9Ensure HIPAA compliance and safety during field visits, coordinating with the scheduling team to optimize drive time.
Requirements8
- 1Current BCBA Certification from the BACB and active good standing, with a Master's degree in ABA, psychology, or related field.
- 21+ year of supervisory experience in ABA, preferably with children on the autism spectrum.
- 3BACB Supervisor Training completed and ability to provide 3 hours of supervision CEUs each cycle.
- 4Proven report-writing skills, producing concise, data-driven progress reports and treatment plans.
- 5Independent time-management to meet deadlines, manage caseloads, and work with minimal oversight.
- 6Willing to submit fingerprints for DOJ and FBI clearance, plus maintain TB test and BLS certification.
- 7Strong communication skills for family training, team collaboration, and professional development.
- 8Access to reliable transportation for in-home visits across Los Angeles County.
