What You'll Do9
- 1Design and maintain treatment programs based on initial and ongoing client assessments, ensuring alignment with ABA principles.
- 2Supervise and train Behavior Interventionists, modeling teaching procedures and providing field-based guidance.
- 3Set and achieve performance goals with clients, guardians, and treatment teams, updating plans as needed.
- 4Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and write comprehensive progress reports, maintaining accurate data.
- 5Deliver direct supervision and consultation across facilities, ensuring program fidelity and client safety.
- 6Train clients' staff, guardians, and family members on treatment techniques, fostering strong working relationships.
- 7Maintain minimum billable client treatment of 115-130 hours per month for salaried positions.
- 8Represent the agency professionally and ethically, both internally and externally.
- 9Lead and mentor team members, supporting their professional development and performance.
Requirements7
- 1BCBA certification with 5+ years of BCBA experience.
- 2Demonstrated expertise in ABA treatment techniques and program design for adults with varying skill levels.
- 3M.A. or M.S. in a related field, such as behavior analysis or psychology.
- 4Proven people-management skills, including supervising and training staff.
- 5Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reports and stakeholder coordination.
- 6Strong administrative skills for maintaining client notes, data, and reports.
- 7Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
