What You'll Do6
- 1Conduct FBA assessments and build individualized ABA treatment plans within your first 30 days.
- 2Supervise behavior technicians implementing programs, providing clinical guidance and feedback.
- 3Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans based on data and caregiver input.
- 4Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to align treatment goals.
- 5Maintain accurate documentation and uphold ethical and clinical standards in ABA delivery.
- 6Support LBA expansion by pursuing additional state licensure with company reimbursement.
Requirements5
- 1Active BCBA certification in good standing.
- 2Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- 32+ years providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
- 4Strong communication and organizational skills.
- 5Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required.
