Overview
You own the full clinical cycle for a caseload of children and families across multiple states, delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy remotely. You shape treatment plans, guide behavior technicians, and meet caregivers where they are. The team includes a dedicated BCBA Success Manager and a network of licensed professionals. This role offers fully remote work with flexible hours and no caseload minimums, letting you focus on outcomes, not overhead.
What You'll Do6
- 1Build individualized ABA treatment plans based on functional assessments and behavioral data.
- 2Supervise remote behavior technicians, setting clear protocols and monitoring implementation.
- 3Track client progress through systematic data review, adjusting plans when data shows stalling or regression.
- 4Partner with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to embed therapy goals into daily routines.
- 5Keep clean behavioral documentation and stay current with ethical and clinical standards across states.
- 6Drive measurable progress in communication, adaptive skills, and challenging behavior reduction.
Requirements5
- 1Active BCBA certification in good standing
- 2Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- 31-2 years providing ABA to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
- 4Strong communication and organizational skills
- 5Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
