Overview
As Market Operations Specialist, you own the daily operations of multiple ABA clinics in the Phoenix market, ensuring centers run smoothly and families receive exceptional care. You step in for Center Operations Directors, manage business processes, and drive special projects that improve how we operate. Working alongside the Market Operations Director and Market President, you bridge clinical and business teams to support a growing network of autism care centers. This role offers direct exposure to senior leaders and a clear path from direct care to operations leadership.
What You'll Do10
- 1Cover for Center Operations Directors when they are out, managing day-to-day center operations, including RBT scheduling, parent communications, and center cleanliness
- 2Ensure local fidelity to operating processes by auditing schedules, tracking billable hours, and minimizing client cancellations with the Scheduling team and Assistant Office Manager
- 3Proactively identify operational challenges and propose solutions to improve policies and procedures
- 4Coordinate center supply orders for toys, office supplies, and food, using the AOM to manage the environment
- 5Manage client experience: answer phones, prepare families for diagnostic appointments, and own onboarding for new clients
- 6Support non-clinical client needs by building caregiver relationships, driving attendance, and addressing concerns to boost client NPS scores
- 7Run monthly Environment Fidelity and Structured Session audits, and help centers below standard improve their scores
- 8Update client and staff attendance statuses in OpenPhone, and provision data to local teams for process execution
- 9Own operational processes like employee badge creation, time off tracking, and belonging programs
- 10Identify and implement process improvements, and lead special projects for market leadership, such as developing feedback survey tools

- 2RBT Level 2 or higher
- 32+ years of professional experience
- 4Consistently strong performance and good standing in current role
