Quality Assurance Coordinator, Auto Detailing & Compliance
Overview
Own the quality inspection and detailing process for vehicles preparing for sale at scale across multiple locations. Collaborate with CAM and shop teams to ensure adherence to company standards and legal requirements. Help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment and support a strong customer experience.
What You'll Do10
- 1Inspect vehicle quality and identify vehicles not meeting standards
- 2Communicate quality issues in a positive, collaborative manner
- 3Assist on the detail line and complete final detail tasks as needed
- 4Log vehicle information into the system after inspection
- 5Photograph and stage vehicles to meet photography standards
- 6Return vehicles to customers in clean condition
- 7Notify management of equipment breakdowns and maintenance needs
- 8Follow procedures for accidents and property loss or damage
- 9Promote company Core Values and contribute to teamwork
- 10Assist with shop cleaning and basic equipment maintenance
Requirements10
- 1High School Diploma or GED preferred
- 21 - 2 years of auto detailing experience preferred
- 3Auction knowledge and experience preferred
- 4Proficient computer skills
- 5Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- 6Detail oriented with consistent execution of duties
- 7Ability to work in a high production environment
- 8Ability to adapt to changing work conditions including weather
- 9Must be 18+ with a valid driver's license and suitable driving record
- 10Physical ability to perform light to medium work including standing, lifting, bending and reaching
