Work with the reconditioning team and vendors to maintain safety, cleanliness, and accurate vehicle documentation. This role offers hands-on ownership in a fast-paced automotive environment and a clear path to broader quality leadership.

What You'll Do10

  • 1Build and maintain inspection protocols to verify each vehicle meets company standards within the first pass
  • 2Lead quality communication with detail line staff to align on production goals and expectations
  • 3Train team members on standard operating procedures for vehicle detail and documentation
  • 4Inspect work quality, identify deficiencies, and reallocate assignments to improve outcomes
  • 5Assist on the detail line and perform final detail tasks as needed to maintain quality
  • 6Photograph and stage vehicles to ensure clear pictures per standards for records
  • 7Run inventory and maintenance reports for the detail shop to support operations
  • 8Report equipment breakdowns and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime
  • 9Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
  • 10Collaborate with managers and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement

Requirements10

  • 1High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • 21 - 2 years of auto detailing experience preferred
  • 3Proficient computer skills
  • 4Strong multitasking and attention to detail in a fast-paced setting
  • 5Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • 6Must be 18 years of age with a valid driver's license and driving record meeting company requirements
  • 7Exposure to cleaning tools and basic equipment operation
  • 8Ability to adapt to changing environments including weather conditions
  • 9Customer service orientation and teamwork skills
  • 10Commitment to safety and quality standards
