What You'll Do7

  • 1Pre-wash customer vehicles before repairs begin, focusing on removing debris and protecting surfaces.
  • 2Perform interior and exterior cleanup of vehicles after repairs, ensuring paint, glass, and trim are spotless for delivery.
  • 3Transport customer vehicles to sublet locations for services like glass replacement or alignment, using safe driving practices.
  • 4Maintain daily housekeeping in the office, including emptying trash, cleaning floors, and dusting countertops and work areas.
  • 5Keep the production area clean by sweeping floors, disposing of unwanted parts, and organizing tools and equipment.
  • 6Manage parking lots and grounds, including shoveling sidewalks in winter and policing the exterior for a professional appearance.
  • 7Support the WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan by consistently executing the brand's cleanliness and customer experience standards.

Requirements9

  • 1High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • 2Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • 3Age 18 or older.
  • 41+ years of experience in an automotive shop or detailing environment preferred.
  • 5Clear close vision for inspecting vehicle surfaces.
  • 6Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, and stoop throughout an 8-hour shift.
  • 7Comfortable working near moving mechanical parts and with exposure to cleaning chemicals.
  • 8Strong attention to detail and reliability.
  • 9Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
