Detail Technician, Auto Collision Repair
Overview
As a Detail Technician, you will own the final quality of every vehicle we deliver, ensuring each car meets our People First standard. You will clean and detail vehicles, perform pre-wash treatments, and maintain the shop grounds. Our team at Crash Champions is the largest founder-led multi-shop operator (MSO) of high-quality collision repair in the U.S., serving customers at more than 650 state-of-the-art locations. What You'll Do6
- 1Clean and detail vehicles for customer delivery, ensuring showroom-ready condition.
- 2Perform pre-wash on each vehicle to protect paint and prepare for detailing.
- 3Maintain shop grounds, including sweeping, organizing, and disposing of waste.
- 4Inspect vehicles for any remaining damage or debris before customer pickup.
- 5Support the detail team with additional tasks as directed to meet workflow deadlines.
- 6Follow safety protocols when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Requirements5
- 1Some experience in automotive field preferred but not required.
- 2Reliable work history with strong attention to detail.
- 3Ability to receive direction and work well with others.
- 4Must be able to pass thorough background check.
- 5Must have valid Driver's License.
