What You'll Do11
- 1Monitor daily workflow across all active jobs
- 2Review completed work orders for accuracy
- 3Conduct quality checks on repairs
- 4Coordinate with technicians to resolve delays
- 5Prioritize and re-sequence daily job queues
- 6Maintain and update job status in the shop management system
- 7Identify recurring quality issues and report trends
- 8Verify documentation completeness for each job
- 9Communicate with scheduling team for follow-up appointments
- 10Support root-cause reviews for complaints
- 11Help maintain SOPs and quality checklists
Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2Associate degree or automotive certification a plus
- 32+ years of experience in automotive service or QA
- 4Strong attention to detail
- 5Experience with shop management software
- 6Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- 7Clear communicator with professional feedback abilities
- 8Problem-solving mindset with proactive approach
- 9Ability to stay composed and adjust priorities
