What You'll Do8
- 1Greet customers warmly and listen attentively to vehicle concerns while documenting service requests
- 2Prepare detailed repair estimates using automotive estimating software for transparency
- 3Communicate effectively with technicians about diagnostics and recommended repairs
- 4Upsell additional services like oil changes and tire services to maximize customer satisfaction
- 5Manage vehicle repair orders from start to finish with clear client communication
- 6Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain detailed service records
- 7Promote dealership services by leveraging estimating skills and repair knowledge
- 8Maintain a clean driving record and drive various vehicles confidently
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2CPC Card certification
- 33-5 seasons of experience in auto service management
- 45+ years experience with Spark and Airflow
- 53-5 seasons of experience in auto service management
- 6Auto Estimating Software proficiency
- 7Mechanical background with diagnostics and transmission knowledge
- 8Customer service skills paired with effective communication abilities
- 9Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- 10Knowledge of tire services and suspension work
