What You'll Do11
- 1Inspect work done by each team member identifying non compliant vehicle quality
- 2Communicate with staff regarding quality and production goals acting as first point of contact
- 3Identify strengths of detailers to assign tasks effectively
- 4Ensure proper techniques and procedures are implemented by team members
- 5Train team members on standard operating procedures for vehicle detail
- 6Assist on detail line performing final detail tasks as needed
- 7Maintain professional appearance orderly work environment friendly disposition
- 8Help with shop cleaning basic equipment maintenance
- 9Maintain clean safe work environment
- 10Report all incidents to management immediately
- 11Properly log vehicle information into computer after satisfactory inspection
Requirements9
- 1High School Diploma or GED preferred
- 2Ability to use cleaning tools such as vacuums pressure washers drills cleaning chemicals jump boxes
- 31 - 2 years of auto detailing experience preferred
- 4Auction knowledge and experience preferred
- 5Proficient computer skills
- 6Well organized responsible with aptitude in problem solving strong multitasking skills
- 7Ability to adapt to changing work environments including exposure to excessive weather conditions
- 8Valid driver's license and driving record meeting company requirements
- 9Age 18 years old
