What You'll Do11

  • 1Inspect work done by each team member identifying non compliant vehicle quality
  • 2Communicate with staff regarding quality and production goals acting as first point of contact
  • 3Identify strengths of detailers to assign tasks effectively
  • 4Ensure proper techniques and procedures are implemented by team members
  • 5Train team members on standard operating procedures for vehicle detail
  • 6Assist on detail line performing final detail tasks as needed
  • 7Maintain professional appearance orderly work environment friendly disposition
  • 8Help with shop cleaning basic equipment maintenance
  • 9Maintain clean safe work environment
  • 10Report all incidents to management immediately
  • 11Properly log vehicle information into computer after satisfactory inspection

Requirements9

  • 1High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • 2Ability to use cleaning tools such as vacuums pressure washers drills cleaning chemicals jump boxes
  • 31 - 2 years of auto detailing experience preferred
  • 4Auction knowledge and experience preferred
  • 5Proficient computer skills
  • 6Well organized responsible with aptitude in problem solving strong multitasking skills
  • 7Ability to adapt to changing work environments including exposure to excessive weather conditions
  • 8Valid driver's license and driving record meeting company requirements
  • 9Age 18 years old
