Overview
Own interior and exterior vehicle detailing at scale for high-end vehicles. You will polish, protect, and present cars to Concourse-quality standards while delivering exceptional customer service. Work across a focused team in a fast-paced shop environment to ensure consistent results. What You'll Do10
- 1Build meticulous cleaning of vehicles including washing, waxing, and buffing exterior surfaces with a Concourse standard finish
- 2Detail interiors by vacuuming, shampooing carpets, and cleaning upholstery for a pristine customer experience
- 3Perform custodial tasks to maintain a clean detailing area and surrounding spaces
- 4Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with detailing services
- 5Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- 6Drive vehicles as needed for service delivery or repositioning within the facility
- 7Perform multi-stage paint correction to remove swirls and enhance clarity
- 8Apply ceramic coatings and/or Paint Protection Film (PPF) for lasting protection
- 9Deep-clean and condition leather, Alcantara, and carbon fiber trim for interior restoration
- 10Conclude with rigorous quality control inspections to meet Concourse standards
Requirements7
- 1Minimum 2 years in high-end or boutique detailing
- 2Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- 3Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality results
- 4Excellent customer service skills and effective communication with clients
- 5Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- 6Familiarity with car wash techniques and products is a plus
- 7Deep understanding of chemical ratios, pad/compound combinations, and various paint types
