Overview
You'll own the full detailing process for customer vehicles, from wash to ceramic coating, at a fast-paced mobile operation in San Francisco. You'll master polishing, clay bar, and ceramic coating techniques while working on a variety of cars, from daily drivers to showroom-ready projects. What You'll Do7
- 1Wash, clay, polish, and wax vehicle exteriors to a high-quality finish using polishing and waxing techniques.
- 2Deep clean interiors, including vacuuming, shampooing, leather conditioning, and stain or odor removal.
- 3Apply ceramic coatings and sealants to protect paint and deliver long-lasting results.
- 4Inspect vehicles before and after service to ensure every detail meets our quality bar.
- 5Keep your work area, tools, and equipment clean and organized for efficient workflow.
- 6Communicate with customers about their vehicle's needs and recommend additional services like paint correction.
- 7Collaborate with the team to keep jobs moving smoothly without cutting corners on quality.
Requirements8
- 11+ years in auto detailing, car washing, or similar hands-on role (preferred, not required).
- 2Genuine interest in cars and a passion for quality work.
- 3Reliable, punctual, and ready to put in consistent effort.
- 4Ability to stand, bend, and work with your hands for extended periods.
- 5Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- 6Valid driver's license preferred for moving customer vehicles.
- 7Team player who accepts feedback and wants to improve.
