You will own the full detailing process for customer vehicles, delivering showroom-quality results at scale. You will work with polishers, ceramic coatings, and steam cleaners as part of a mobile crew serving the Bay Area. What You'll Do7
- 1Wash, clay, polish, and wax vehicle exteriors to a high-quality finish using DA polishers and microfiber pads.
- 2Deep clean interiors with vacuum, steam cleaners, and leather conditioners, removing stains and odors.
- 3Apply ceramic coatings, sealants, and paint protection films to protect vehicle surfaces.
- 4Inspect vehicles before and after service, documenting condition and completed work with photo logs.
- 5Maintain a clean, organized work area and calibrate tools and equipment daily.
- 6Recommend additional services to customers based on vehicle condition and needs, closing upsells.
- 7Coordinate with the team to complete jobs on schedule without rework.
Requirements9
- 11+ years of hands-on auto detailing or car washing experience preferred, but attitude outweighs resume.
- 2Genuine interest in cars and commitment to quality work.
- 3Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- 4Able to stand, bend, and work with your hands for extended periods.
- 5Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in a shop environment.
- 6Valid driver's license preferred to move customer vehicles.
- 7Team player who accepts feedback and seeks improvement.
