What You'll Do15
- 1Pursuit Strategy & Coordination Lead kick-off meetings develop strategy sessions and interview prep for RFQs RFPs and design competitions
- 2Coordinate with leadership design teams and marketing staff to align messaging visuals and narratives
- 3Manage pursuit timelines and deliverables ensuring accurate on-schedule submissions
- 4Conduct post-submission debriefs to refine performance and win rates
- 5Plan and deliver persuasive proposal packages reflecting firm brand values
- 6Collaborate with marketing and design teams to produce polished submissions
- 7Support development of interview presentations through content logistics and rehearsal materials
- 8Maintain marketing resources including project descriptions staff resumes and qualifications packages
- 9Monitor procurement portals industry publications and business development channels for opportunities
- 10Research clients competitors and market trends to strengthen proposal strategies
- 11Identify and coordinate teaming opportunities with consultants and strategic partners
- 12Coordinate cross-functional pursuit teams establishing clear responsibilities and expectations
- 13Ensure quality accuracy consistency and branding adherence across all proposals

Requirements11
- 1Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communications Journalism English Architecture Business or related field
- 2Minimum five years of experience in proposal management marketing or business development preferring AEC construction or real estate development
- 3Proven ability to lead complex pursuit efforts and coordinate stakeholders under tight deadlines
- 4Exceptional writing editing and verbal communication skills
- 5Strong understanding of branding marketing strategy and business development principles
- 6Ability to translate technical information into compelling narratives
- 7Knowledge of industry trends and market drivers affecting the built environment
