Marketing and Proposal Specialist Cahill Contractors
Overview
Cahill Contractors seeks an energetic marketing professional to own the RFP/RFQ process and develop content. You will collaborate with leadership and manage client relationships while driving continuous improvement and maintaining a strong brand culture focused on Safety Above All Else.
What You'll Do11
- 1Lead the full proposal and pursuit process for RFQs RFPs and other qualifications-based submissions from initial review through final production in InDesign and submission
- 2Develop pursuit schedules coordinate contributors track deliverables and ensure all requirements and deadlines are met
- 3Manage content layout proofreading editing and overall quality control
- 4Lead team meetings and capture the proposal plan
- 5Lead project interview preparations and develop presentations
- 6Manage multiple proposals simultaneously analyzing requirements writing original content editing team contributions coordinating logistics and complying with specifications and deadlines
- 7Conduct market lead and potential client research as needed
- 8Lead all necessary proposal close-out activities updating CRM asset and content library and organizing electronic filing
- 9Maintain marketing collateral including project exhibits resumes brochures and presentation materials
- 10Assist in various marketing functions such as content marketing support photo/video shoots internal external communication projects and events
- 11Organize and prioritize tasks to meet critical deadlines
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons of architecture engineering and construction AEC industry marketing experience
- 3Bachelor`s degree in communications marketing or similar field
- 4Experience in proposal coordination
- 5Excellent technical writing editing skills and ability to distill technical narratives into creative engaging content
- 6Adobe Creative Suite experience specifically InDesign familiarity
- 7Ability to organize and prioritize tasks to meet critical deadlines
- 8Desire to contribute as part of a winning team and actively participate in a culture of appreciation and purpose
- 9Knowledge of CRM Treblehook Salesforce or similar preferred
- 10Knowledge of CMS Web Intranet platforms WordPress Joomla SharePoint preferred
- 11Physical Requirements: occasional office hybrid work regular reading computer monitors and paper documents using hands operating standard office equipment close vision color peripheral depth perception adjusting focus sit at desk talk and hear normally low to moderate noise level lift up to 15 pounds regularly lift up to 30 pounds occasionally
