Property Support Specialist, Hospitality Operations & Projects
Overview
Property Support Specialist at Placemakr drives on site support for newly acquired buildings and ongoing property operations at scale. You will manage timelines, budgets, and projects while acting as an extension of property leadership to train staff and implement standards. You will coordinate transitions, FF&E and OS&E, and ensure Placemakr Customer Experience standards across properties. This role blends hands on execution with leadership and cross functional communication to keep properties performing. You will travel frequently to support onboarding, offboarding, and leadership transitions, bringing a can do attitude and a focus on proactive communication.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build and lead on site stand up and ongoing operations projects at assigned properties to meet performance goals
- 2Train and motivate teams across property operations to uphold Placemakr standards and drive accountability
- 3Design and implement SOPs for pre opening wind down and operational duties including unit acceptance and product setup
- 4Communicate with on site and off site partners to ensure alignment and project efficacy
- 5Identify risks and capacity constraints in timelines and proactively mitigate
- 6Utilize Monday.com and other tools to manage property and project progress
- 7Coordinate transition activities during onboarding offboarding and leadership vacancies
- 8Support leadership vacancies and transition related staffing and process improvements
- 9Own issues and escalate appropriately while maintaining proactive status updates
- 10Collaborate with Manager Property Support to create seamless on site operations
Requirements9
- 1Bachelor's degree preferred
- 22+ years of relevant professional experience in hospitality retail operations or project management
- 31+ years of people leadership experience
- 4Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 5Strong people leadership with ability to hire train and develop teams
- 6Proven ability to work autonomously resolve problems and meet deadlines
- 7Demonstrated experience executing and documenting processes and sharing status updates
- 8Ability to thrive in a fast paced changing environment
- 9Willingness to travel 75%+ and stand walk or move during shifts
