What You'll Do7

  • 1Collaborate with property teammates to foster a one-team culture and maintain a safe, compliant environment.
  • 2Respond to work orders through our maintenance system, documenting each step per Placemakr SOPs.
  • 3Complete assigned work orders daily to industry and Placemakr standards.
  • 4Execute preventative maintenance tasks on schedule to keep the building and grounds in top condition.
  • 5Escalate maintenance issues to leadership promptly, prioritizing safety and guest satisfaction.
  • 6Resolve urgent maintenance or building problems during on-call shifts without delay.
  • 7Support additional duties as assigned to uphold property excellence.

Requirements7

  • 11+ year in a skilled labor or maintenance role covering multiple trades.
  • 26+ months handling appliances, basic plumbing, and basic HVAC repairs.
  • 3Understanding of general maintenance, safety procedures, and techniques.
  • 4Ability to assess and prioritize maintenance requests with leadership support.
  • 5Willingness to work on-call shifts consistently as business needs dictate.
  • 6Collaborative attitude and commitment to the Placemakr Property Team Mission.
  • 7Physical capability to stand, walk, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 pounds.
