What You'll Do9
- 1Perform basic plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry repairs across properties, lifting up to 100 lbs.
- 2Troubleshoot and repair appliances, mechanical systems, and HVAC components.
- 3Monitor common areas and patrol grounds for cleanliness and safety, removing trash and debris.
- 4Keep maintenance shops and workspaces organized, clean, and safe.
- 5Respond to resident maintenance requests with professional and courteous communication.
- 6Schedule and prioritize daily tasks across multiple properties, traveling between sites.
- 7Participate in on-call rotation, responding to after-hours emergencies like flooding and smoke detector alarms.

- 12+ years of property maintenance experience.
- 21+ year of basic plumbing and painting.
