What You'll Do8
- 1Perform general apartment and building maintenance and repairs
- 2Troubleshoot and repair plumbing issues
- 3Perform basic electrical troubleshooting and repairs
- 4Troubleshoot heating and HVAC issues
- 5Repair and replace locks doors windows fixtures and other building components
- 6Complete apartment service-request work
- 7Diagnose maintenance problems and determine appropriate repair
- 8Work independently while following company and safety procedures
Requirements10
- 1Previous maintenance construction or building-repair experience
- 2Good working knowledge of plumbing and basic electrical systems
- 3Familiarity with heatingHVAC systems is a plus
- 4Comfortable using common hand and power tools
- 5Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
- 6Dependent and able to work independently
- 7Professional interaction with residents
- 8Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- 9Ability to perform physical requirements of building maintenance
- 10On-call rotation participation every two months

$50 - $56k per year
