What You'll Do9
- 1Repair and maintain HVAC systems including cleaning repairs and replacement
- 2Handle plumbing issues such as repairs installations and part replacements
- 3Perform carpentry tasks like door shelf and lock installation
- 4Execute painting projects involving drywall plaster and color application
- 5Service electrical and appliance components like lighting wiring and outlets
- 6Maintain machinery including chillers belts pumps and fans
- 7Log and complete resident service orders promptly
- 8Adhere to OSHA regulations and safety standards
- 9Provide exceptional customer service to residents
Requirements10
- 1Minimum one year relevant experience
- 2High school diploma or equivalent
- 3Strong troubleshooting skills for HVAC systems
- 4HVAC certification preferred
- 5Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- 6Ability to multitask organize and meet deadlines
- 7On-call availability for after hours emergencies
- 8Capacity to lift one hundred pounds
- 9Driver's license preferred
- 10Experience with residential maintenance preferred
